The beautiful complex enjoys a large well-kept courtyard with chicas plants, palm trees and various ornamental plants that surrounds the entire structure. On the ground floor, on the right, there is the first apartment with a private patio furnished with table, chairs and an outdoor sitting area. Inside, the apartment has a nice air-conditioned living room with sofa bed, TV and a new and well-equipped kitchen. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one double, the other twin, and finally a brand new bathroom complete with all services. The beautiful "residence" is an excellent solution for those looking for comfortable and tasteful facilities that allow you to enjoy a holiday away from stress and worries. Its enviable position very close to one of the most evocative beaches of Salento make this complex unique in its kind because it allows you to fully enjoy all the services of the locality and to reach the beach on foot.
