Welcome to our little nest! Our apartment has 30m2, and is located in a great neighborhood in Garajau! Nearby you will find restaurants, groceries even a rent-a-car just in a walking distance! You have access to the communal swimming pool, free wi-FI and parking available. In the room you have a big Smart TV where you can watch your favorite movies! The kitchenette has a refrigerator, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee machine, toaster and kettle are provided. The Seaview Studio, located in Santa Cruz, is subject to the tourist tax (eco taxa). This is 1€ per day, per person, up to 5 days. The supl fee for late arrivals from 22h00 to 00h00 is 20,00€ The supl fee for arrivals after 00h00, is 40,00€ Check outs are until 10h00.
