Villa Solymar is 300 metres from Dunas de Corralejo Natural Park. Numerous water sports are availabe in the area. Corralejo Marina and the harbour with daily ferries to Lanzarote Island are 4 km from the villa. Fuerteventura airport is about 35 km away. The Mercadona supermarket is 300 metres from the villa.The old village is about 2 km from the villa. A little golfcourse (9 holes) on a distance of 500 metres, a 18 holes golfcourse you will find in Caleta de Fuste, about 38 km. A tennis court is available within 1 km. Free parking is available in front of the house. The villa is situated in a very quite area. The pool has no fence so it is not suitable for little children. The garden has a possibility for an alfresco dinner. The garden has 2 seating areas, one in front and one in the back garden, so there will be always a place in or out the sun. In de back garden you will also find artificial turf with 4 sunbeds. On the roof terrace you will find 2 sunbeds. The view of the sea and the dunes on the roof terrace is magnificent. The villa is situated in a gated area so it is very safe.
