Completed in 2011, Villa Dolphin is one of 4 beautifully designed villas that make up the small, exclusive developement of Gennadi Hills. Located on the edge of the traditional, year round village of Gennadi on the quiet South East coast of Rhodos. Ideally situated in peaceful surroundings, just a few minutes stroll to the lively village centre where there is a good range of facilities, including super market, bakery, fruit/vegetable shop, tourist shop, ATM, and a choice of bars and restaurants. Motor cycle and car hire, a pharmacy and medical centre are also present. A further short walk takes you to one of the island's coveted blue flag beaches and beach tavernas, umbrellas and sun beds are for hire. The villa's split level ground floor comprises a fully fitted kitchen with dish washer and laundry machine, a lounge and dining area. The sofa bed can sleep 2 persons. Also on the ground floor there is a bathroom with toilet, sink and shower. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with en suite bathrooms (toilet, sink and shower). One bedroom has two single beds and a balcony, the other one has a queen size bed and a large veranda. In the beautiful garden is your private pool, one terrace with dining table and chairs and another one with sunbeds. Two large umbrellas provide shade. Near the large stone barbecue there is a third small terrace under the grape vines. Ample parking space is available on street, opposite the gate. The villa and surroundings are STRICKTLY NON SMOKING, no pets allowed. The surroundings invite for a nice walk amidst olive trees. The famous pictureque village of Lindos with it's imposing Acropolis, many roof top restaurants, bars and dancings is about 20 minutes by car or bus. Rhodos Town with it's numberous antiquities and musea is 60 km away. Rodos's interantional airport Diagoras is also approximately 60 km from Gennadi.
