Beautifully furnished luxury ground floor villa, which has been tastefully decorated by the owner. With three bedrooms and two full bathrooms this villa has one of the best floor-plans in the San Andres resort. You will love the large kitchen-dining area, leather sofas and modern furnishings and of course the views of the golf course views that are fantastic! Enjoy breakfast on the terrace with views of the palm trees and lush green fairways of the golf course at Golf del Sur, and then at the end of the day watch the sunset over the mountains in the distance. A very relaxing location. Bedroom one (1) has a king-size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, Ceiling fan, windows with shutters and views out to the golf course. A door leads you into the en-suite bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Bedroom two (2) has two (2) twin beds, wardrobes, chest of drawers, bedside tables and lamps, window with shutters a TV and a Ceiling fan. Bedroom three (3) has a set of bunk beds, chest of draws. Bathroom two (2) features a walk-in shower/wet room, basin/vanity unit, WC. The kitchen is fully equipped as you would expect in a self-catering villa including, a refrigerator and freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave, electric cook-top and oven, dishwasher, washer and dryer and a bar area with sliding patio doors out to the terrace. The living room is very comfortable with two sofa's, coffee table and a flat screen TV. The large sliding patio doors leading to a terrace with table and six (6) chairs. Air conditioning and sunbeds provided. The extra large terrace is completely tiled. The terrace is not overlooked by neighboring villas. Enjoy the sun all day until it goes down in the distance.
