"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, a dining room with seating for four guests and a sitting room with TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single, along with a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private patio with picnic bench, enclosed large lawn area with furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 3.8 miles you will find a shop, within 3.6 miles, a pub and within 0.5 miles, the coast and please note that two well-behaved dogs are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ty Gwyn is a lovely base for your next Welsh getaway. Note: This property does not have a charging point for electric vehicles and charging from within the property is prohibited. Note: Please bring own beach towels and cot linen.
