"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for six people, and a sitting area with TV with Freeview, DVD player and an electric fire. The bedrooms consist of two doubles with en-suite shower room, one of which can be found on the ground floor, and a twin with en-suite bathroom. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Cot and highchair available. Note: Super-fast fibre broadband and 5G available. Note: The washing machine is in a shared onsite laundry. Whisk your loved ones away to Cornwall with a stay at Squirrels Dray. There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and October 2024 from 10am ÔÇô 9pm daily. This facility is available to all guests staying in one of our four holiday cottages. There is a supplementary charge of -ú50 per cottage, per week and is payable to the owners before arrival."
