"The living areas in this property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD player, and electric log-effect fire. The bedrooms all have en-suites and consist of a double, a ground-floor double, and a twin. Outside there is a shared courtyard and off-road parking for two cars. You'll find a shop and a pub in 1 mile, and the beach in 1.3 miles. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Foxes Den is well-positioned to explore the Cornish coastline. Note: Super-fast fibre broadband and 5G available. Note: The washing machine is in a shared onsite laundry. Note: Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Note: There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and October 2024 from 10am ÔÇô 9pm daily. This facility is available to all guests staying in one of our four holiday cottages. There is a supplementary charge of -ú50 per cottage, per week and is payable to the owners before arrival."
