"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dining seating for four people, a sitting room with TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs, and a sunroom. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and a twin, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is a shared courtyard with furniture and shared use of enclosed swim spa (2m wide, 4m long and 1.2m deep), as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 1 mile, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Note: Sloping ceiling in twin room. Note: This property has a galleried landing, children to be supervised at all times. Note: Check-in from 5pm, check-out by 10am. Escape to Cornwall with a stay at Dovecote. Note: There is a shared swim spa on site, which is available for bookings between April and October 2024 from 10am ÔÇô 9pm daily. This facility is available to all guests staying in one of our four holiday cottages. There is a supplementary charge of -ú50 per cottage, per week and is payable to the owners before arrival."
