"Solway View consists of a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washer/dryer, a dining room and a sitting room with Smart TV and gas fire. The bedrooms include a double and a twin, serviced by a bathroom with bath, walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is an enclosed rear garden with patio and lawn, and roadside parking for three cars on a first-come, first-served basis. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 1.4 miles, beach 1.7 miles. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Solway View is a lovely base for exploring Cumbria. Note: This property can only accept Saturday check ins. Note: This property has a good house keeping bond of 150 GPB. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
