"Coleridge, a first-floor hotel room, consists of one king-size bedroom with a fridge, kettle, Smart TV, and en-suite walk-in shower, basin and WC. There is a restaurant and bar with TV on-site. Outside, there is a shared rear garden with lawn, furniture, and off-road parking for 1 car. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub, and river, and within 0.5, a river. Please note that this is a non-smoking property and no pets allowed. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Enjoy your Lake District retreat with Coleridge as your base. Note: This is an adults-only property. Note: The grounds lead directly to the river that flows through the village, please take care near the water. Note: On arrival you will find a welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk (this will not be replenished daily, however extra refills can be purchased on site). Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.

Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.

""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
