"Sweetacres is a comfortable two-bedroom holiday home with a king-size and a twin (zip/link, can be double on request). The property includes a family bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The kitchen is equipped with an electric double oven, electric hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and air fryer. There's a spacious living/dining room with Smart TV, WiFi and a selection of books. Oil central heating, bed linen, towels, fuel and power are included. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate are available on request. Outside, the enclosed rear garden features a lawn, patio and furniture. Private driveway parking is available for 2 cars. One well-behaved pet is welcome. Shop and pub 0.4 miles, beach 1.2 miles. Sweetacres is a well-equipped base for a relaxed family stay close to the coast."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
