"98 Westgate, a three-storey home, has an open-plan kitchen, dining area and sitting area with woodburning stove, a king-size bedroom (zip/link), a second-floor king-size, a single, and a bathroom. Appliances consist of a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and TV. Outside there is a rear, multi-level patio with furniture and summerhouse, and permit parking. Three well-behaved dogs welcomed, to be kept downstairs, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 0.2 miles and a pub in 0.1 miles. Head to the North Yorkshire countryside at 98 Westgate. Note: There are steps to the exterior, unsuitable for those with limited mobility. Note: Steep steps up to the second floor. Note: Single-side access to the first-floor king-size bed. Note: Step up into the kitchen/diner, please take care."
