Outside there is an enclosed garden with lawn, summer house, external utility and WC, and a courtyard with barbecue and furniture, as well as off-road parking for two cars. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop, pub, and a beach, and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, this is a non-smoking property.
