"Clyd Fan is a wonderfully appointed bungalow situated on the edges of Harlech, within the beautiful Snowdonia National Park. It comprises three bedrooms; a king size, a twin and a bunk room with a cot bed, sleeping six people altogether. The interior also includes a bathroom, kitchen, conservatory with seating and dining area and a living/dining room. Outside is off-road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with patio area and furniture. Clyd Fan offers a rejuvenating break in a stunning part of Wales. One small well-behaved dog welcome charged at -ú30 per stay, please be advised dogs are not permitted in the bedrooms or on the the furniture. Please note: this property only accepts 3 night bookings as a minimum duration. Friday or Monday check in only for short stays. Please note this property only accepts 7-night bookings during the summer holidays."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
