"The living areas in this single-storey lodge consist of a kitchen/diner with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and coffee machine, and a sitting room with TV and DVD player. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite, and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a rear decked area with furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 0.4 miles, a pub in 1.9 miles, and Fewston Reservoir in 1.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Swinsty Lodge is a wonderful base for exploring the North Yorkshire countryside. Note: The property is located on a working farm, at the end of the owner's drive, who owns both a kennels and cattery. Note: The owners offer tours on the farm, to meet the resident cows, sheep, and donkeys. Please note: Parking is only permitted in the designated parking area. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
