"The living areas in this lower-ground-floor apartment consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a shared utility with the owner with a washing machine and tumble dryer, and a living/dining room with Smart TV and sofa bed. There is also a king-size bedroom, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed rear courtyard with furniture and barbecue, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop and a pub in 0.1 miles.
