War Horse Valley Orchard View consists of a kitchen/diner with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, with dining seating for six people, a sitting room with TV, and a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedrooms consist of a king with TV and an en-suite, a standard double, and a twin (2single beds, cannot be zip-linked), serviced by a bathroom and cloakroom. Outside, there is a garden with lawn and furniture, and private driveway parking for four cars. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.2 miles and pub in 1.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are all inc. in rent. War Horse Valley Orchard View is a charming base for a Devon getaway. Note: AGA in the kitchen not to be used by guests. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP. Note: Due to the amount of livestock on site, dogs must be kept on a lead while on the property.
