Details of the Cottage
"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and a living/dining room with dining seating for six people and a TV. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double with TV, a double and a twin, along with a shower room. Outside there is a rear garden with small yard and raised lawn, as well as roadside parking. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and with 0.2, the beach, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two well-behaved pets welcome. There is a step up into the kitchen, please take care. The steps in the garden are uneven, great care needs to be taken. Holiday to the Pembrokeshire Coast with an idyllic stay at Rock House. Note: Cot and High chair available. Road side parking or the car park opposit."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
