Details of the Cottage
"The caravan, a single-storey caravan, consists of a kitchen with oven, grill, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a sitting room with TV and sofa bed. The bedrooms consist of a double and single serviced by a shower room. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with lawn and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Two small well-behaved dogs are welcome. Within 2.9 miles you will find a shop, 0.1 miles a pub and 0.5 miles a river. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy the views of the countryside of Pembrokeshire at The Caravan. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Note: Check-in from 3:30 pm and check-out at 10:30 am. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of -ú50. Please Note: Saturday check-ins or check-outs cannot be accommodated."

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
