"Ashmead Cottage is a single-storey property consisting of an open-plan living space with kitchen equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, a utility with washing machine and tumble dryer, a dining area with seating for two guests and a Bose Speaker and a sitting area with Smart TV and electric fire. There is one king-size bedroom, serviced by a shower room with bluetooth mirror with speaker and shaving point. Outside there is a private patio with furniture, and off-road parking for one car. Within 1.3 miles you will find a shop and pub and please note that one well-behaved dog is welcome but this is non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Ashmead Cottage is a lovely base from which to explore all that the Lake District has to offer. Note: There are four steps up to the open place living space. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."
