Details of the Cottage
"Tiffle Bank consists of a kitchen equipped with electric oven, halogen hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and a breakfast bar, a dining room with seating for six guests and a sitting room with Smart TV and open fire. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size and a twin, along with a first-floor cloakroom and a ground-floor bathroom. Outside there is a private, raised-level patio with furniture, and parking for one car in front of the garage. Please note that two well-behaved pets are welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A travel cot and highchair are also available. Tiffle Bank is a lovely base from which to explore all that the Lake District has to offer. Note: There are slate steps up to the private patio area, which may not be suitable for guests with lower mobility. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out at 10am."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
