"Little Acre a single-storey, studio-style hut consists of a double bed with underbed storage, kitchen wtih combi microwave/grill, fridge, microwave, kettle, a dining area for two guests and a sitting area with a Smart TV. There is a shower room. Outside there is a non-enclosed front garden with lawn, patio, furniture, barbecue and off-road parking for 2 cars. Within 1.1 miles, you will find a shop, within 1.4, a pub, and 1.5 miles a lake. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Little Acre a charming retreat with stunning views over West Yorkshire. Note: There is a bar and restaurant onsite for guests to use. Note: There is a good housekeeping bond of 150 GBP. Note: This property accepts bookings with a maximum of 4 nights, if you would like longer please enquire. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
