"The Vista, a house, consists of a kitchen/diner with gas range oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, and dining seating for six people, and a sitting room with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 0.9 miles, pub in 0.3 miles, and a river and canal in 1 mile. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot and highchair available. Outside, there is a front patio with furniture. Multi-level garden with patio, terrace, lawn, and furniture and off-road parking for two cars. Sorry, no pets and no smoking on site. Return year after year to The Vista. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
