"The living areas in this holiday home consist of a kitchen/diner equipped with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer and washing machine and dining seating for four, there is also a sitting room with woodburning stove and TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is roadside parking available, a front garden with furniture and an enclosed, rear garden with furniture. Within 2 miles there is a shop and pub. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available on request. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Fuel, power, starter for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Cornwall from Post Box Cottage. Note: The stairs are quite narrow and there is a low ceiling, please take care. Note: One of the double bedrooms can only be accessed from one side. Note: A second dog can be allowed upon prior request with the owner."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
