"Swallow Cottage has two bedrooms; one double and one bunk, and a bathroom with bath and shower over, basin and WC. ThereÔÇÖs an open-plan living space with a kitchen equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle and toaster, dining area and a sitting area with a TV and woodburning stove. Central heating, WiFi, fuel, power and starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Outside thereÔÇÖs off-road parking for two cars, and an enclosed patio with furniture and barbecue. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Nearest shop in 2.2 miles, pub in 2 miles, beach in 3.2 miles. Come and enjoy a peaceful stay at Swallow Cottage. Note: Due to free-range ducks and chickens this property cannot accept puppies. Note: No stag or hen parties or similar please."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
