"Harvey's Lodge, a single-storey lodge, consists of a studio-style living space with super-king-size (zip/link, can be twin on request) bed, microwave/convection oven, fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, dining seating for two people, and Smart TV. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles, pub in 2.2 miles, and river in 0.4 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed garden with lawn and furniture and driveway parking for one car with EV charging point. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. All of this awaits at Harvey's Lodge. Note: The site owner's home is situated beyond HarveyÔÇÖs Lodge garden. Note: Cats live on site and may wander through the garden of HarveyÔÇÖs Lodge. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
