"The Granary is a first floor apartment in the village of Fulking just three miles from Henfield. The apartment sleeps four people and has one double bedroom and bathroom with a shower over the bath. Also in the cottage are a fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area with a double sofa bed. Outside is off road parking for one car and shared patio with furniture. Situated in the South Downs National Park, The Granary is a lovely romantic apartment to be enjoyed all year round. Stabling for horses by arrangement with owners. Note: Apartment next to farmland with livestock and farm equipment stored close by. Note: Access to apartment through shared utility room. Note: Children aged 10 and over only and isn't suitable for those with mobility issues. There is a staircase with a set of 6 stairs which then turns, without a landing area, into a further 5 stairs. Note: Car is essential due to countryside location. Note: The property has a good housekeeping bond of -ú75."
