"The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living space with a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dining seating and a sitting area with Smart TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with a Smart TV and a single bedroom, along with a shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed patio with furniture to the front and roadside parking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Two small dogs or one large dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking is permitted. Within 1 mile there is a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub. For a charming setting, choose Chimney Cottage. Please note: There is a step to get into the shower so please be careful. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
