"The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen equipped with range cooker with gas oven and hob, microwave, airyfryer, fridge, dishwasher and coffee machine, a lower-ground-floor utility with a freezer, washing machine, tumbler dryer, a living/dining room with seating for six guests, a snug with Smart TV and a study. The bedrooms consist of a double with Smart TV, a double and a twin, along with a bathroom. Outside there is a private front raised-level patio with furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. Within 0.2 miles you will find a shop and within 0.1 miles, a pub and please note that one well-behaved pet is welcome but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. A cot, highchair and stairgate are also available. Apricot Cottage is a wonderful abode for an escape to West Yorkshire. Note: There is a drop and open-tread steps leading to/from the patio area, please take care and ensure children are supervised. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
