"Hill Top Cottage, a cottage over three floors, consists of a kitchen with gas oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, kettle, and toaster, a living/dining room with Smart TV, woodburning stove, corner sofa, and dining seating for eight, and a sitting room with two sofas and Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a double, two second-floor doubles, and 1 x single with truckle.. There is a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Fuel and power included in rent. Logs and a starter pack are provided for one fire October-March. Further logs can be provided for an additional charge. Hairdryer provided in each bedroom. Travel cot, high chair and stairgates can be provided - please contact the owners directly to request these. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden patio with furniture. Free private parking for two medium sized vehicles and additional parking on nearby roads (South Lane or Dunford Road). Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
