"Ada's Cottage consists of a first-floor open-plan living area with a Smart TV, electric flame-effect fire, dining seating for four, and a kitchen with an electric oven, induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster. The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor double and ground-floor twin. Highchair, travel cot and stairgate available upon request. Shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. Non-enclosed front garden with a patio and picnic bench, enclosed rear garden with decking, graveled area, furniture, barbecue, and off-road parking for one car. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included. Shop 2.6 miles, pub 0.1 miles, estuary 0.1 miles. Wherever your exploration takes you, enjoy all this with a stay at Ada's Cottage. Note: The stairway is steep, please take care. Note: Do not let dogs on the sofas, beds, or let them foul on the decking area; please use the beach for toileting."

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
