"Church Barn consists of a kitchen with electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a living/ dining room, with a TV and seating for four guests. The bedrooms consist of a double, and a twin, serviced by a shower room with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Outside, there is non-enclosed garden with lawn and off-road parking for 3 cars. Within 2.5 miles, you will find a shop, and a pub, and within 0.6, a river. Two well-behaved pets welcome. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Church Barn, a lovely countryside retreat to explore the coast of Devon and Cornwall. Note: The garden is raised above the parking level - it might not be suitable for those with mobility issues or young children - children under 5 are not permitted at the property. Note: The garden is not enclosed, so although we welcome pets, it is best suited to smaller dogs who will need to be kept on a lead. Note: No pets upstairs. Note: Shared wardrobe space between the two bedrooms. Note: Good housekeeping bond of 250 GBP."
