"Ty Mawr consists of a kitchen/diner with kettle, toaster, fridge, microwave, oven, hob, and dining seating, a utility with washer/dryer, a living/dining room with TV, dining seating, and woodburning stove, and a sitting room with TV. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a twin. There is a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin, and WC, and a shower room with walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a private and enclosed private front garden with patio, lawn, and furniture, and off-road parking for three cars. One small, well-behaved dog is welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to the Isle of Anglesey at Ty Mawr. Note: Guests need to take care on the farm track access road in inclement conditions. Note: There is a Good Housekeeping Bond of 150 GBP. "

Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy
"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
