"The Old Smithy consists of an open-plan living space with electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dining seating for four people, and sitting area with TV and woodburning stove. The bedrooms consist of a double with en-suite cloakroom and twin, serviced by a ground-floor bathroom. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard with furniture and separate raised grassed area, along with off-road parking and two EV charging points. Two well-behaved dogs welcome. Sorry, no smoking. You'll find a shop in 3.9 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, starter pack for woodburning stove, bed linen, and towels inc. in rent. The Old Smithy is a lovely base for a rural retreat in Lincolnshire. Note: The property is not suitable for very small children. Note: 15 GBP per dog per week - dogs not to be left unattended in property."
