"The Old Coach House at The Vicarage offers two double bedrooms and a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, heated towel rail and WC. The property features an open-plan living space with a kitchen, dining area and sitting area. Appliances include an electric oven, electric hob, American-style fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, air fryer, and microwave. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV with inbuilt DVD player, a selection of DVDs and WiFi. Central heating, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent. A travel cot, highchair and stairgate are available on request. Local roadside parking available on a first-come, first-served basis. One well-behaved dog welcome; please enquire with Sykes first if you wish to bring any other type of pet. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2.8 miles, pub 0.6 miles, lake 0.7 miles, beach 0.3 miles. "All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
