The property also benefits from a very secure locked gated entrance to the five villlas situated in the complex which will be automatically locked at certain times, to which all visitors that rent the villa will have 24 hour access to, being provided with a set of keys. The house flows through to the garden and swimming pool, where there is seating, and facilities for outdoor al fresco dining. There is also a car port and two sunloungers at the property.
