"Shepherds Hut, a single-storey shepherd's hut, consists of a studio-style layout with a double bed with a TV, kitchen/diner with dining seating for two, DAB radio, kettle, microwave, induction hob, fridge, and woodburning stove. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, WC. Fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is a non-enclosed garden with an eco-friendly log-burning hot tub, fire pit, hammock, and furniture, as well as off-road parking for one car. You'll find the closest shop in 2.5 miles and a pub in 1.5 miles. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Enjoy a memorable escape to the East Riding of Yorkshire at Shepherds Hut. Note: There is no WiFi at the property, but most phone networks get a good signal. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: No children under 10 years. Booking Terms & Cancellation Policy

Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
