"Little Eden by the Sea, a single-storey beach house, consists of a kitchen with an electric oven, electric hob, fridge, microwave, kettle, and toaster, and a living/dining room with dining seating for six, Smart TV, and a selection of books. The bedrooms consist of two doubles and a single. There is a shower room with a walk-in shower, basin, and WC. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen, and towels are included in the rent. Outside, there is an enclosed front garden with lawn, furniture, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, a selection of furniture, a fire pit, barbecue, ping pong table, swing, and roadside parking for one car and a free overnight car park around the corner. Two well-behaved pets are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.6 miles, pub 0.3 miles, beach 0.1 miles. Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
