"Bankside Cottage has a kitchen, a living/dining room, an external utility, a king-size bedroom, a double, and a bathroom. Appliances consist of an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and Smart TV. Outside there is a front patio, an enclosed rear garden with lawn, patio and furniture, secure bike storage, and roadside parking. Two well-behaved dogs welcomed at a supplement, but sorry, no smoking. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. You'll find a shop in 3.5 miles and a pub in 0.2 miles. Enjoy rural North Yorkshire at Bankside Cottage. Note: There are steps to the exterior, and leading into the kitchen. Note: Please supervise children and dogs near the pond. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Owner cannot accept Sunday check-ins"

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
