Details of the House

There are 2 bedrooms one with double, one with single beds; there are also bed settees, a fold up bed and cot. Fully tiled family bathroom. On the ground floor there is a large kitchen/living room gas cooker, washing machine with dryer, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. A large separate lounge has attractive galleried landings, a wood burning stove and satellite tv.
Outside there is a large secluded garden laid mostly to lawn with oak trees round the borders. A granite terrace/patio outside the back doors has barbecue and garden furniture. At the far end of the garden is another raised, shady terrace and rockery.
In the summer season there is a 15 foot splash pool.
All essential services are available locally in La Fontenelle and Antrain, including supermarket post office, pharmacies, boulangeries, banks. There are bars and restaurants locally and in other nearby towns.
A wonderful area for sightseeing, golf, fishing, cycling, walking and canoeing. The forest 1km away has a treetop adventure course, lake with boats, pony rides and cafe. 30 mins from the coast and also easy access to Loire castles and D Day landing beaches.
