This well maintained house is located on the hills above the beautiful coastal town of Imperia, which is just approx. 1 km away, in the heart of the so-called Riviera di Ponente. The area is know for its mild climate, its cultural and gastronomic highlights but also for its variety of sandy and gravel beaches, that are along this beautiful stretch of coast. The villa is surrounded by a well tended garden with private pool, several relaxation areas, barbecue and outdoor dining area, all seafront with stunning views of the sea at 1 km. On ground floor there are a large living room with dining area, a big kitchen and a small bathroom; on 1st floor there are two double bedrooms, a single bedroom and a bathroom; in the attic there are a double bedrooms, one single bedrooms and a bathroom. An extra bed is available on request for a fee to be paid locally. Imperia is known for its beautiful promenade that runs along the marina and beaches, where you can end the day with an aperitif or a good fish dinner.
