Details of the Villa

This charming villa counts with three bedrooms, ideal for families with children or small groups of friends of five persons. Two bedroom come with double beds and the other one is fitted with a single beds. There are two bathrooms in the house, one of them has bath tub while the other one has got a shower cabin. There is an air conditioning unit in the corridor where the bedrooms are located, and it spreads the cool air around. For chilly autumn and winter nights the house has got a chimney in the living room that gives out heat to the whole house trough electric radiators. There is WIFI in the whole house. The plot, with 1500 m2, is fenced and counts with a garden area with almond trees and other kinds of fruit trees. For your terrace parties there is a BBQ, a table and seats. The chlorine water pool invites you to take a refreshing dip, and is surrounded by 300 m2 of grass. Are you a sun lover? Sure you will enjoy sunbathing by the pool enjoying the fantastic panoramic views. There are one sun shade and four sun loungers available. The idyllic front porch offers fantastic panoramic views over the town and the countryside. Enter in the ample living room which is equipped with two comfortable sofas and a chimney. Take a nap on the sofa, watch TV (Satellite) or listen to music. There is also an ai conditioning unit in the living room. The open-plan kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays: a toaster, microwave, food blender, dishwasher, gas hob and oven, a fridge and much more. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. Pets are welcome upon request – please ask before. Sa Caseta offers a home away from home, with a rustic flair but very cozy at the same time in one of the nicest and most peaceful zones of Mallorca. Don't spend your holidays somewhere - make your holidays an unforgettable experience! About 4.6 kilometers far from the house, you will find the city of Inca. There you will find gas stations, a hospital, pharmacies, lots of restaurants and shops, supermarkets, etc When you leave Inca heading to Lluc you will pass by Selva and afterwards go into a valley, there lays the village of Caimari. There you will find some bars with a good atmosphere, especially during the night from the 16th to the 17th of august (during these dates take place the annual celebrations of the village). The town is famous for its good olive oil, which is elaborated there. At the olive mill “La Tafona” you can see all the process of making olive oil; furthermore they have a good restaurant. The next beaches are situated in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia. You will reach them in less than half an hour. In the west of the island you will find the magnificent mountain range of the Serra de Tramuntana with lots of nice spots. Very famous is the small bay “La Calobra”. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season. The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day of your stay. All guests have to pay the Ecotasa, except people under 16 years.
