Without a doubt, the 9x4m large freshwater pool, with a water depth of 1 - 2m, is the highlight of the outdoor area. The pool is kept clean with chlorine and has a protection for small children. On the pool terrace you can enjoy the sunshine of Mallorca on one of the 8 sun loungers while the children play on the lawn. There is a fixed grill just next to the veranda with dining area for outside dining with friends and family. The house has 2 floors and 170m2. On the ground floor are the functional living - dining area with wood stove for the colder months, satellite TV and dining area for 6 people. From the dining room you enter the kitchen with ceramic hob and all the utensils you need to prepare your favorite dishes. The kitchen has access to the terrace. There is a washing machine, ironing board and iron. One of the 4 bedrooms is located on this floor and comes with 1 double bed and a wardrobe. A bathroom with bathtub completes the ground floor. If you go up to the first floor, you will come to a second salon. The ideal place to read or socialise with friends. There are 3 further bedrooms on this floor, 2 have 1 double bed each and 1 has 2 single beds, each wardrobe, fan and electric radiator. A shower room is available to all residents. If you travel with a baby, we can prepare a baby cot high chair on request. The house is located 2.5km from Inca, a city in the center of the island. All necessary services for an independent stay find in the city. There is a wide range of leather trade, culture and history, with its three Late Gothic and Baroque churches dating from the thirteenth century and nightlife, in the area of ??the Plaza del Angel with bars and terraces. The traditional market day is Thursday and apart from regional fruit and vegetables you can find clothes, souvenirs and accessories. The nearest beaches are in Puerto de Pollença and Puerto de Alcúdia, which are half an hour away by car.
