The nice exteriors include a private, 2.5m x 2.5m above ground chlorine pool, a garden with sun loungers, a parasol and a furnished terrace where 4 people can have an appetizer before dinner. The plot is fenced and there are some neighbors around. This villa offers accommodation on 200m2 and two floors. Its decoration can be described as traditional Majorcan style, with great attention to detail. Sit down on the cozy sofa of the living room and watch a film on the TV (satellite channels available). The adjoining dining area has a table and chairs for six people. The open kitchen is well equipped, including a gas stove and a breakfast table with three chairs. The lovely master bedroom with double bed and closet as well as a bath on bath tub are on the ground floor. Furthermore, there's a laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. The first floor comprises two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the second with a bunk bed, ideal for children. Both bedrooms of the upper floor come with A/C and wardrobe. A cot and a high chair are available on request. The house is close to the city of Inca, in the center of Majorca. Inca provides you with everything you may need during your holidays. Visit the market on Thursday, where you can buy local groceries and knick knacks. The nearest sand beach is in Puerto de Alcúdia and it is a family-friendly beach with crystal clear waters. Furthermore, the coastal town offers lots of leisure activities, restaurants, shops and has a nice sea promenade where to take a stroll. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. There's exterior parking for 3 cars.
