"The living areas in this single-storey property consist of an open-plan kitchen, dining area, and sitting area with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, dining table, and Smart TV. There is also a super-king-size bedroom with a bathroom. Outside there is an enclosed front garden with decking and furniture, a shed for bike storage in the private field, and a designated parking space, accessible via a pathway through the field. This is a pet-free and smoke-free property. You'll find a shop in 1.7 miles and a pub in 0.7 miles. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Closefield enjoys a rural position to truly explore the Buckinghamshire countryside. Note: The property is located next to the owner's home. Note: This is an adult-only property. "

"All prices are inclusive of the booking fee.
Winter Short Breaks (WSB) are available at many properties in the ""Winter"" period - subject to availability. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental.
Off Season Breaks (OSB) are available at many properties in parts of the ""Low"" and ""Mid"" periods - subject to availability. The price for a 3 night break is either 75% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. OSBs can be booked within a calendar month of the start date of the holiday.
""Last Minute Breaks"" (LMB) are available at most properties throughout the ""LOW"", ""MID"", ""HIGH"", ""PEAK"", ""XMAS"" and ""NEW YEAR"" periods. The price for a 3 night break is either 65% of the normal weekly rental or, if it is higher, the quoted Winter Short Break price. Extra nights are charged pro rata of the weekly rental. LMBs can be booked within one week of the start date of the holiday."
