On the first floor it has a large terrace fully equipped with table and chairs, sun loungers to enjoy the sun, motorized awning and a great view of the pool and gardens of the urbanization. On the same floor we can find the living room, a kitchen with everything you need and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, 1 with a large double bed and the other 2 with 2 single beds each and another bathroom with shower. It can accommodate a total of 6 people comfortably. The urbanization has a large pool and large gardens with lawn around. Access to the Arenal is very simple. Simply walk a small pedestrian path about 200 meters and you will find yourself in front of the Parador de Jávea. It is an ideal urbanization for rest, it is a very quiet area but in 10 minutes you can be in the middle of the bustle of the Arenal promenade surrounded by restaurants and cafes.
