It is located in the Plaza de Chueca, surrounded by restaurants, shops and close to the main shopping areas of Madrid, as Fuencarral street and Gran Via. This apartment is on the top floor and features 4 exterior balconies that give you a spectacular view of the Plaza de Chueca and surroundings. ACCOMMODATION Apartment with elevator in the center of Madrid. Spacious and newly renovated. Fully furnished, with 4 exterior balconies that provide plenty of light and joy to the apartment. The apartment has: 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a queen bed, large closets, individual air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the city. The second bedroom, adjacent to the living room has 2 single beds, large closets, individual air conditioning and a balcony overlooking the Plaza de Chueca. Bathroom with shower and hairdryer. Cozy living room with balconies to the Plaza de Chueca, that create a great atmosphere and provide plenty of light. It has a comfortable sofa, plasma TV, DVD and a wide IPhone charger plug speaker. The dining table hosts four people. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for cooking (pans, pots, cutlery, etc.) Refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, juicer, kettle, toaster and Nespresso machine. All in perfect condition. The kitchen is separated from the living room by a tempered glass door that divides the two environments. We offer you free Wi-Fi OUR NEIGHBORHOOD Chueca neighborhood is known for its narrow streets full of bars, restaurants and shops, and for its active day and night life. The neighborhood is in constant development, on rehabilitation of buildings, shops and restaurants. This whole process of change coexists with the rest of traditional Madrid. It is considered an emblematic neighborhood of Madrid by tourists that visit the city. 50 meters away is the famous Mercado de San Anton, and just 10 minutes walking, you reach Gran Via street of Madrid. Perfect location to do without public transportation as by pleasant walks you can travel the historic Madrid. During the celebrations of the Pride of Madrid, these balconies become exclusive boxes where you can enjoy the festivities from a prime location. If you are concerned by noises of a such a busy area like Chueca do not worry because the apartment is soundproofed abroad. HOW TO GET HERE From the airport we offer our clients private transfer service on request (fee). Approximate arrival time: 20 minutes. If you prefer to access the public transportation, the shortest path is as follows: Airport Madrid - Chueca: Line 8 to Nuevos Ministerios, we make transfer to line 10 to Alonso Martínez stop and perform other transfer to line 5 to Chueca. The approximate time of this journey are about 35 to 40 minutes. Atocha train station - Chueca line 1 to Gran Vía, we make transfer to line 5 to Chueca. Approximate journey time: 15 minutes. GUEST SERVICES We like to personally welcome our customers at the time of your arrival, to welcome you and provide the necessary information about the apartment, handing over the keys and providing a map of Madrid explaining all major attractions and tourist information. It is vital for us that your stay is as pleasant as possible and we are always available during office hours from 10.00h to 20.00h and 24-hours for any emergency. HOUSE RULES We appreciate you to be careful with the rest of the neighbors past 22.00h. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or organizing parties in it. Pets are allowed on request. Arrival after 21.00h will incur an extra charge of 40 €.
