AUTHENTIC DUPLEX VILLA WITH PRIVATE POOL, LOCATED IN KALKAN Villa Sedir is a superbly appointed spacious 3 floor holiday villa with spectacular sea and mountain views. Set on a peaceful hillside location, amongst olive groves, this is a great holiday base ideal for families or couples looking for a peaceful and relaxing holiday in a truly beautiful setting. The villa is furnished and equipped to a high standard with air conditioning and fly screens throughout. Outside, the villa comes into its own, with bougainvillea covered dining pergola, stone BBQ, and wooden sunbeds around the private swimming pool. Our stunning rear garden offers welcome shade, relaxing in the hammock or reading on the bench. You can walk to the town in around 10-15 mins and another 5 mins through the winding cobbled streets to the harbour, that's if you can pass the quiet bars and lovely restaurants without stopping for a cool glass of Efes. Notes on accommodation: All rooms are fully air-conditioned (cooling and heating) and we also provide fans. There is also a small safe for your valuables. The villa has a spiral staircase which would not make it suitable for very young children. The villa has wi-fi. Outside: Private fresh water swimming pool with large sun terrace and sun loungers. The terrace looks amazing at night when lit up and is very atmospheric. Covered veranda with a seating area to the front of the villa, there is also a shaded outside dining area with pergola festooned with white and pink bougainvillea with a stone barbecue. There is a peaceful, secluded garden to the rear of the villa with a bench and a hammock, providing welcome shade from the heat of the day. There is also private drive for parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Hand, bath towels and all bed linen, including quilts, are provided and are there is a full clean and linen change each mid-week. (Please bring your own beach towels)
