6 BEDROOM VILLA IN KISLA FOR HOLIDAY RENTAL WITH TABLE TENNIS, SEA VIEWS AND 2 POOLS Villa SHV40 offers glorious views across the Bay of Kalkan and contemporary spacious accommodation for 11 guests in 6 en-suite bedrooms. There is ample outside space to relax, 2 pools and a games room with table tennis provided for guests’ enjoyment. Located in an elevated position in the Kisla area of Kalkan, the views are simply out of this world from every aspect of the property, the 2 pools, terraces, every room and especially the roof terrace. With no direct neighbours, the villa offers a good degree of privacy and is in a peaceful location. All the rooms have wall-to-wall sliding glass doors which open out onto large balconies or terraces to fully capture the panoramic Mediterranean views. All 5 spacious bedrooms offer en-suite facilities. 4 offer both a rain forest shower head and normal hand-held shower head and the large master bedroom provides a dressing area and separate Jacuzzi bath. The lower ground floor hosts the 5th twin bedroom with ensuite and is also home to the games room with full size table tennis table. Outside: Steps down to the property lead to a small Jacuzzi pool which also doubles as a children's paddling pool. To the right of this is an outside shower. There is mature planted garden at the back of the villa, which leads around to the outside dining area (seating for 8), which is tucked away and very private, whilst still having those wonderful panoramic views. One of the key features of the property is the stunning infinity pool, which is finished in a triangular shape overlooking Kalkan Bay (pool size is approximately 40 square metres). The villa is a 2 minute walk from the nearest beach club, which also has a water taxi to the centre of Kalkan and the harbour. There are 3 restaurants in the Kisla area, the nearest is 2 minutes walk away. There is also a small shop for basic groceries. Check-in time: 4pm. Check-out time: 10am. For early check-in or late check-out an extra night will need to be booked.
